As an Advanced Diploma in Media, this program will cover content strategies, video editing, motion graphics, 3D production, and interactive installations. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

At MAGES Institute, students receive their start in the game development and game art sector and AR/VR technology careers through the Advanced Diploma in Interactive Media and Production (ADIMP).

 

Students vary in candidacy through this full-time 12-month educational program, which combines technology skills with creative storytelling methods. When you join ADIMP at MAGES Institute, you will learn foundational skills about real-time 3D production alongside interactive experience design and a collaborative development framework with guidance from experienced industry mentors.

 

The interactive media industry welcomes graduates who complete project-based learning and interdisciplinary collaboration at CHU announcements, which enables them to build essential tools alongside a valuable portfolio.

DURATION: 12 Months (Full-Time) or 17 Months (Part-Time, subject to batch confirmation)

International Students are only offered Full-Time programme.

STUDENT-TO-LECTURER RATIO: 18 Students : 1 Lecturer

MODE OF DELIVERY: Blended learning, including classroom lectures, hands-on practical sessions, and self-directed online learning. Learners are not allowed to switch modes after programme commencement.

NOTE: A Pass in all Modules within the maximum study period is required for Graduation.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: Windows Laptop with a Minimum of: i7 (13th Gen) Processor or Ryzen 7, 16 GB RAM (32 GB recommended), RTX 2060 or above, 500 GB SSD (1 TB recommended)

Develop interactive 3D experiences through the use of established professional tools which follow standardized workflows. The fundamental learning sequence provides students with education about real-time environments, game mechanics, and essential visual design fundamentals.

Production Studio

Create an environment that mimics real studios for working on collaborative final design projects. Rajesh’s pioneering work in AR/VR, blending design, tech, and business, is evident in his prototyping and educational endeavours.

Nanda has working experience in United States, India and Singapore. With his excellent communication and interpersonal skills, he proves to be a truly commendable and valuable lecturer for MAGES.

He has teaching experience in subjects like Games Programming at various Singaporean institutions.

Jeffrey is an Indie developer/generalist since 2007, mostly focused on gameplay, AI,UI/UX, Networking, Script Systems, and mobile programming. He has co-founded game studio Touch Dimensions Interactive and shipped notable games including Wizards and Wagons, Autumn Dynasty warlords, Huff and Puff and Totem Star.

Luther Chan has more than 10 years of experience in the Game Industry. His strength is in Game Development and Emerging Technologies. He is the Founder of Explosive Barrel an independent game development studio that focuses on creating high quality games and we have been doing so for over 10 years. In addition to creating our own games, they also create games for websites and brands. His previous clients include Ubisoft, Coke, Cheetos, E4, NHS and Air France-KLM. Luther graduated with a Bachelor of Computing (Communications and Media), from the National University of Singapore.
